Rookies Final Project

📌
Rookies will be asked to demonstrate their creativity based on the learning they have received previously. Here, you will be more appreciative and provide constructive feedback so that it can become continuous learning for Rookies after the program is completed. Try to provide reference examples when providing feedback as an example.

How-to

  1. Explain the final project at the beginning of the class. The purpose is so that the rookies understand that the result of this learning is the ability of the rookies to create something from what they have learned. Emphasize that the completion of the final project will be one of the aspects of receiving merchandise and certificates for Rookies.
  1. The final project can be done individually, in pairs, or in groups. It should be noted that each class has a 2-hour presentation duration. The more rookies who present, the shorter the duration of each presentation. Alternative: choose the 5-10 best for presentation.
  1. When presenting, try to arrange the turn based on the initiative of the rookies. Another alternative is to draw lots using media such as wheelsofnames, and so on.
  1. Ask the rookies to collect their final projects at the link that has been included in the Submission section as proof of receipt of merchandise.
