Do we need to create a PPT/Google Slides?

We are using the flipped classroom method, therefore, rookies are expected to learn the concepts before class by watching videos/reading resources & completing the pre-work given.

Mentors should not use class time to explain concepts using PPT but focus on the hands-on learning experiences that encourage rookies to implement the concepts they have learned before class.
